![]() All trim modules in this group utilize an identical sliding block and worm gear drive assembly and all utilize eight wires with the same color codes. Is it possible that the motor is still bad and there is to much resistance to allow the motor to spin although it spins good when hooked up to a 12V battery trickle charger (low amps) 1995 & Newer SeaDoo VTS Trim Module Part Numbers /Cross Reference This information applies to trim modules utilized on 95 and newer Sea-Doos without iControl. With the volt meter, I am getting +12.2 and -12.2 from the buttons to the blue/orange green/orange wires that are going to the motor. ![]() There is a quick bump from the motor, but nothing. Niether up nor down gets the motor to spin. I plugged wires into the VTS motor, started the engine and tried the push buttons. I moved the VTS cable by hand and the worm drive works great. I pulled the motor and tested it with 12V it moves freely in both directions. ![]() I visually inspected them, I should have test them but I did not. I checked the fuses in the electric box, both the 15A and 5A are good. I thought I had a serious VTS problem, but so far it doesn't seem that way. I have not gotten an email from them to activate. If this site is related to pwctoday, please tell them to approve my account. First, This is such a great board for newbies like me.
